Our services for clothing contract manufacturing

Relieving our customers of the burden of coordinating multiple different companies, this is our goal, covering the role of single point of reference for all the necessary processes, from pattern developing to shipping the finished garments.

Next, we asked ourselves, “How can our customers test our experience and capabilities?” Simple, we offer the same service for both a production and a sampling, having now acquired the skills and knowledge to deal with the latter while respecting the very tight deadlines it requires.

Patterns

Collaboration with trusted men's and women's pattern-making studios with more than 30 years of experience enables us to start from a simple hand-drawing to the generation of an electronically edited pattern, neat in every detail. The professionals we work with are trained and equipped to proceed independently, as well as to work on the basis of development rules provided by the client.

Cutting

The use of automatic cutting machines allows us to work with extreme precision and optimize processing times, with no difference between plain fabrics or patterns to be placed. Again, the use of CAD software for automatic placing allows us to achieve the best results in material management while minimizing their waste.

Sewing

We operate on any type of fabric to make virtually any type of outerwear, dress, pants or skirt, which we are able to guarantee thanks to our strength: the attention paid to each and every garment at every stage of the process. Constant spot checks culminate in the verification of the final product, carried out on 100% of the garments, which in case of flaws are placed back into processing until they fully meet the standard required by the customer. We can also boast of the possibility of filling independently the garments that require this type of processing.

Ironing

At this very delicate stage of processing we pay the utmost attention to the treatment of the garment, to avoid marks or polishes on the garment itself. We operate with normal irons, at low temperature, relying on the skill of a department with multiple years of experience behind it. The final result is the total compliance with the measurements of the garment, which are always exactly those defined in advance.

Inspection and testing

The final garment value is priceless to our company; in fact, it is solely our in-house inspection and testing department that is responsible for verifying piece by piece that the work has been done to perfection, a shrewdness that we have always adopted and will never cease to value.

Logistics

Delivery times and methods are not exactly part of the production cycle, but they are nevertheless fundamental in order to offer a truly complete and quality service. We usually prepare the garments hung and bagged, operating through our customers' designated carriers or shipping through the main traditional couriers, selected on the basis of their experience and preparation in garment transportation.
