Sewing

Sewing, or tailoring, is the stage where, more than any other, the quality level of the garment is determined. This phase is potentially critical, because if the workmanship is not done to perfection, the results of the previous pattern-making and cutting phases are also invalidated. We at Falcotex are well aware of the importance of a perfect sewing stage, which, over the years, has satisfied the most distinguished brands in the luxury fashion industry. That is why we have equipped ourselves with the most modern equipment and have trained and constantly updated highly specialized staff, thus placing us in a position to operate on any type of fabric with the same level of effectiveness and precision. In addition to this, our strength is the quantity and quality of the checks we perform on the garments. During processing we constantly monitor each step, and we perform a final check on 100 percent of the finished garments. At each of these stages, if the garment has even the slightest flaw, in the fabric as well as in the seams, we immediately take all necessary countermeasures to remove the problem, cutting and sewing the garment anew if necessary. This level of control allows us to guarantee our customers a flawless product, eliminating return issues at the root. Over time our core product has expanded from semi-classic outerwear to dresses, skirts and pants. To date, we are also able to guarantee a complete service in garment filling, which usually requires an additional step outside of the company that stitches the garments.
